Secure payment
After confirmation, a secure payment link is sent by email. For transfers longer than 60 km, full prepayment (100%) is required to secure the booking.
Pre-transfer coordination
Before your transfer, all details are carefully coordinated. For airport and train station pickups, flights and trains are monitored to adjust pickup time in case of delays.

Booking process
The booking process begins with a transfer request. Simply submit your travel details — pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and any special requirements. This allows us to plan the route, assign the appropriate vehicle, and confirm availability.
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with a full summary of the transfer details and further instructions. Please note that the booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.
After booking confirmation, payment instructions are sent to you by email. Payment is completed via a secure payment link provided in the message.
All prices on the website are cash prices. For card payments, VAT (IVA) of 10% is added in accordance with Italian tax regulations — for example, €150 cash / €165 by card.
Card payments and refunds are processed strictly to the same card used for the original transaction. Third-party cards or accounts are not accepted, including those of a spouse, partner, relative, or company. The cardholder's name must match the original payment details.
For long-distance transfers exceeding 60 kilometers, as well as wedding services and special requests, full prepayment (100%) is required to secure the booking.
Pickup & meeting points
The meeting point depends on your type of arrival:
- International flights: arrivals area at Exit 8, with a personalized name sign.
- European flights: arrivals area at Exit 3, with a name sign.
- Fast Track service: the driver meets you together with the airport assistant, who escorts you through the terminal to Exit 10, where luggage is loaded and the transfer begins.
- Private jet arrivals: pickup is arranged directly at Malpensa Prime, ensuring maximum discretion and direct vehicle access.
At Linate Airport there is a single official arrivals exit. The driver meets you at Exit 6 with a personalized name sign. For private jet arrivals, pickup is arranged at Linate Prime.
The driver meets you directly in the arrivals area at Exit 1, with a personalized name sign.
The vehicle is normally positioned near Hotel Excelsior Gallia for a quick and convenient departure. If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage or prefer personal assistance, you can request platform meet-and-assist at the time of booking. In this case, the driver parks the vehicle, meets you directly on the train platform with a name sign, and assists with luggage to the car. This service is available as an optional add-on for €10, paid directly to the driver.
Yes. Driver contact details are provided in advance so you can reach them directly if needed on the day of your transfer.
On the day of transfer
Before the service, all details are carefully reviewed. For airport and train station pickups, we monitor your flight or train number and adjust the pickup time in case of delays — so you never have to worry about timing.
The transfer is carried out in a professional, discreet, and comfortable manner. You travel in a clean, well-equipped vehicle with full focus on safety, punctuality, and privacy. The service is considered completed once you are safely dropped off at your destination.
Cancellation & no-show policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (100%). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver are already allocated and reserved specifically for your service. This policy applies to all transfers, including airport pickups, long-distance trips, disposition services, and special bookings.
No. Refunds are processed strictly to the same card used for the original payment. Third-party cards or accounts are not accepted under any circumstances.
In the event of a no-show — when you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point and do not respond to contact attempts — the service is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
